Product Development
We support product development at any stage. If you already have designs, specifications or samples, we can work directly from them. Where required, we also provide design development support, including sketches, material selection and technical specifications, ensuring all products are suitable for production and consistent at scale.
Materials & Sourcing
We work with a wide range of leathers and materials to meet different price points and performance requirements. Our experience includes premium leathers from leading tanneries, as well as nubuck, printed leathers, suede, hair-on, goat, cow and Horween leather. We also manufacture using non-leather materials such as webbing, elastics, tweeds, canvas, felt and other fabrics, depending on the needs of the product. We have contacts in Overseas, European and British suppliers, meaning we can create truly British products with fully transparent supplier chains if required.
Manufacture
All manufacturing is carried out by our skilled team using a combination of traditional craftsmanship and specialist machinery. This allows us to deliver a consistent finish, controlled quality and dependable lead times, whether producing small runs or larger repeat orders. We have experience in adjusting materials and manufacuturing processes to reach desired price points.
Finishing & Dispatch
We offer a full finishing service to ensure products arrive ready for sale. This includes packing, barcoding, POS support and a range of production efficiencies designed to reduce handling time for our clients. Finished goods are delivered ready to be presented directly to customers or retail partners.
